FlyArystan is updating its fare bundle conditions on one of the most popular routes in its network, Almaty – Astana – Almaty. Under the revised offering, passengers will benefit from greater flexibility, including new options to change their travel date.
The updated conditions apply to tickets purchased from 1 July 2026 under the Value fare with the Standard Plus and Comfort fare bundles. The conditions of the Flexible fare, as well as the Standard and Comfort Plus fare bundles, remain unchanged.
These changes are part of FlyArystan’s ongoing efforts to enhance its products and ancillary services for passengers. The updated conditions will initially apply to direct flights on the Almaty – Astana – Almaty route. This route was selected due to its high volume of business and frequent travelers, who are more likely to adjust their travel plans. The existing fare bundle conditions will continue to apply to connecting itineraries.

For example, if a ticket was purchased for KZT 20,000 and the fare on the new travel date is KZT 27,000, the passenger pays only the KZT 7,000 fare difference, plus any applicable service fee.
The updated conditions are available for tickets purchased through all FlyArystan sales channels, including the airline's official website, mobile app, and Contact Centre, with integration into partner sales channels to follow.
If a ticket was purchased through the official FlyArystan website or mobile app, passengers can change their travel date themselves via the “Manage Your booking” section on the website or the “My Bookings” section in the mobile app. For tickets purchased through third-party sales channels, any changes must be made through the original point of purchase.
Passengers are encouraged to select a fare bundle at the time of booking to take advantage of all available benefits at the best value.
