FlyArystan has operated its first direct flight on the new international route between Atyrau and Batumi. The new route complements the airline's existing Astana – Batumi service.
The inaugural flight, FS7229, received a traditional water cannon salute upon arrival at Batumi International Airport. The Airbus A320 departs from Atyrau at 10:40 and arrives at 12:00 local time. The return flight departs from Batumi at 13:00 and arrives in Atyrau at 16:15. The flight duration is approximately 2 hours 20 minutes.
Flights to Adjara will operate once a week – on Tuesdays – until 25 August 2026. This direct flight service will enable residents of Atyrau and other cities in Western Kazakhstan to travel quickly and comfortably to one of the most popular resorts on the Black Sea coast.
Batumi remains one of the most popular summer holiday destinations among travelers from Kazakhstan. The visa-free arrangement between Kazakhstan and Georgia makes travelling there even more convenient.
Tickets are available on the FlyArystan mobile app, on the airline’s official website and through other sales channels.
