FlyArystan Announces Relocation of iJan Self-Service Terminals at Almaty International Airport

The airline informs its passengers about changes to the location of self-service terminals in the domestic flight departures area at Almaty Airport. This measure aims to improve the quality of service and create conditions for a more convenient and faster check-in process.

Starting November 15, 2024, the self-service terminals relocated from their previous location to the new main check-in hall for domestic flight passengers. This will allow passengers to manage their time more efficiently, reduce queues, and benefit from a more convenient infrastructure.

- Self check-in for flights

- Boarding pass printing

- Purchase of additional services

- Baggage check-in

The innovative iJan system was first installed in 2022 at Almaty International Airport, followed by other cities where FlyArystan operates.
